Create Think-cell Style using XML Editor

I would like someone to build me a Think-cell Style using an XML Editor. The style will be based on a pre-existing colour style that I will send you in powerpoint. You just need to replicate that style in an XML Editor so that I can load it into Think-cell. I have attached the PDF USER GUIDE for Think-cell. On page 161 - 179 it will explain how to create this style. More information should you need it can be seen in the 2 links below. I would like it to be exactly the same as what is included in this presentation.
