XOJO Web and Desktop Developer -- 2

I am looking for freelancer/s to assist with my current project. For context it is a collaboration tool that fosters efficient work on tasks. The main tool is a web app, currently in early stages, that will be supported by integration with one or two desktop utilities which will likely be integrated by a REST type interface.

Driving vision is for completely intuitive use and everything having context.

Engagement Requirements

Available to start soon (within 48hrs)

Must have experience in some of the following:

Solution architecture - I need someone with a broad view to help cement the elemnts of the overall solution

Desktop development (think more utility type tools here including integration with Web App)

Xojo Web App development (anyone with experience developing a successful B2B SAAS application would be preferable of course)

Server Operations (load balancing, web servers, deployment scripts)

Custom Web Control development

Integrating 3rd party JS libraries in Web App

Experience in raw JS and jQuery plugin development/extension

Solution Artefacts (by priority)

[Web] Completing the main web application build

[Web] Video conference integration

[Desktop] Build x-platform (preferably x-platform but Windows is a Must) screenshot sniping tool (preferably with video (screen recording) built in)

[Desktop] Clipboard monitor and history tool (ideally as part of a single tool which includes the sniping tool)

[Desktop] Desktop installers build

Design / Solution Considerations

If I need to buy some plugins, then I'm ok with that

All code elements of the project will be managed on BitBucket
