customer SERVICE/SUPPORT via ZenDesk for the website. Your role is to answer order questions, create returns via google spreadsheet, marketplace questions (customer from ebay etc), product questions, Needed 1-2 hours per day Monday - Saturday (6 days) Main role - answer customer enquiries create return documents, follow-up with the customer. - English level needs to be high over 90% pass, usage of Grammarly - Applicant will need to understand logistics/transport and technology solutions for eCommerce - Previous experience on eCommerce website a bonus - Familiar with customer service roles chatting to customers and knowing how to help customers with their issues. - Be able to problem-solve for the customer and offer solutions for issues presented to you from our customers. - Know how to use google sheets - follow-up with customers as needed - use Grammarly or similar to help avoid spelling mistakes - Shipstaiton or similar software experience - PDF knowledge

I am good in; - - Daily listing through turbo lister, inkfrog, Auctiva, - I am good to create new templates - Add new products in existing templates. - Leave feedback to customers - Send shipping instruction to shipping department - Competition analysis - Title preparation - Templates designing - All other activities related to running a store successfully - I am also good in SEO, SMM and google base marketing. I have more than 5 years experience working as a VA for many successful international businesses including Amazon, Ebay, Shopify, Prestashop etc. and I can be handy with the following. * Responding to customer's enquiry via email and chat. (Zendesk) * I can process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellation and replacements using third party automated software. (Like floship, shipstation, Oberlo etc.) * I can work with Gramarly to avoid spelling mistakes and also know how to operate google sheets. I am ready to be on board at the earliest. Good Morning, I just read the above job description and I would like to express my interest in the same. I am a native English speaker. I have 8 years of Customer Service/Care experience with a few International and branded contact centers’ in Chennai India. I also worked Enterprise Holdings Inc Aka Enterprise Rent A Car while I was in Scotland.
