Eric bucher (the employer) and Criticaldev (the worker) agreed to reduce the scope of the project, since they allege that the remaining requirements are no longer necessary in the final source code. vWorker could neither confirm nor deny these allegations. Both parties agreed to release a partial payment of $2400.00 to Criticaldev (the worker); Eric bucher (the employer) received remaining escrowed funds. Eric bucher (the employer) later contacted vWorker and alleged that arbitration was used to reduce the scope of the contract, but that work was to continue for Criticaldev (the worker) to submit the final deliverables. Criticaldev (the worker) agreed to continue working and to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. Criticaldev did not do so. Since funds were previously released to Criticaldev (the worker) for work that they did not complete and since they refused to return the funds back to Eric bucher (the employer), their account has been closed.

Overall I am very satisfied with their performance though progress was not as timely as i would have wished.
