Okay in the beginning these guys were fine. The first milestone I paid fully, but upon testing I found issues with what they had delivered. For the second milestone I found issues as well. The problem is, the turn around time is just not acceptable. It has been taking VERY VERY long for them to fix and turn around. When they fixed one thing something else would not work and then the communication is just really bad. They are not responding back at all and want me to pay (which is totally fine I am happy to pay for the service), but I need them to complete. I had only 2 pages for them to custom create and both of them are just not fully functional. I like these guys because they know their stuff, but they keep kicking the can down the road instead of putting effort in implementation and TESTING BASIC STUFF PROPERLY!! Literally they would come back saying things are working. It would work I would say 65% and then we would be going back and fourth over and over again to try to finish rest of 35% and within that time, other issues come up while fixing and then we are going back and fourth on that. It is just painful to work with these guys, the work is just NEVER completed. I am very disappointed. They do not communicate over the phone and promise that everything will be completed, but the lack of testing from their end is creating a NEVER ENDING back and fourth and it's not 100% completed.
