I have been to a BPO industry for a completly 9 years now. With that number of years, wow, confidently speaking, my selling skills has been improved a lot. I still remember when I closed a sale with a woman who was on the moment of searching for her 84 years old father who've been missing for more than 12 hours. Fortunately she found her dad at the back of their house. Sadly he is frozen and dying because he is covered by the snow. One thing that really increased on me is my confidence over the phone. Because of me being so confident over the phone I was able to calm down the worried lady, who's disconcerted because of what happened to her father. Lastly another thing that really improved on me is my communication skills, because I speak good English that the woman on the other line she really understands every instructions that I gave her. To make it short, we were able to save her dad and at the same time, I was able to close a sale at that very moment.
