Mechanical Engineer

Talented engineer with strong mechanical background and great communication skills. Terry has a varied background that includes machine design, machine building, 3D modeling, patents, CNC programming and graphic design. Experienced in running a small business! He has been using 3D modeling programs since (Auto desk's) first mechanical desktop in 1994 and is using Solidworks 2014 and Onshape now. His hobbies are in the bike (motorcycle and trike) world, he designs and builds some of the worlds most unique trikes and has received one of the highest achievement awards you can receive in the bike (motorcycle) industry... a 1st place award at the Rats Hole in Daytona. Pallet Straightener Machine This is a machine that straightens 2 sets of pallets at once for an AGV system. this current design is designed to move pallets into the machine straighten them and then return them back to the same location. The machine is also designed to retrofit to a pass through setup to allow the straightened pallets to pass through and allow more pallets to advance into the machine at the same time. The design can be made as a double unit machine or a single unit machine.

High precision scale measures on the fly in the conveyor line. I designed this scale to be inserted into an existing conveyor system, it has its own controls to operate with the conveyor. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to not only get our project done in a timely manner, but also provided ALOT of advice on the different steps and way ahead forward.
