Sadly we could not find a common language to work together. The first delivery was sadly far to late and especially the freelancer worked from his day job which was not able to deliver to a public git repo. So we have had additional timing issues. Especially he should reconsider if he is still going to cheat his current employer (by working during his working hours also as freelancer) Also the first delivery was on the code quality of Java from the early 2000 years, no comments, the logic did not work and the code base was not usable for us and the logic itself was also not working in the requested environment (described in the job) We had to decide to give it a additional try, what we did but the freelancer rejected to go on. Far more he requested to dispute the milestones, even the milestones which have not been delivered. He rejected any further cooperation, since are unwilling to pay for something which does not fit to our requirements. Maybe we will give him an additional chance by getting in touch on a later project, so to give him the opportunity for a better review. Hope he will find a new attitude for the next projects and we wish him the best for his business future.
