I have worked as a Customer Service Lead for about eight years in the Inventory Management and Supply Chain department. My main contribution to the company is to oversee my subordinates, provide reports to other departments, create invoices for items sold to customers, do analytical tasks such as inventory and data analysis. Ensure that goods inward is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business. Provide routine management information on inventory performance. Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize stockouts and maximize item availability. Ensure work orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly.
I also review inventory to maintain inventory accuracy and collaborates with other departments in planning correct ordering parameters, and do inventory and cost analysis.
I have a thorough knowledge of data analysis, data entry operations, MS Excel and MS Word. I do reports that may contain formulas, tables, charts/graphs, and statistical analysis.
One of my projects is reducing slow-moving inventory and providing world-class inventory accuracy with minimal stockouts, and maximizing resources to increase profit.
