I am a freelance content writer with base qualification of finance, management, legal and human resource. I have nine years experience in handling finance, investment, treasury, training, human resources, legal, quality management and audit functions in various organisations. The wide range of experience has thus, helped me develop my hobby of writing, which I have been pursuing since my childhood. My passion for writing is so great that I have been winning awards for writing stories, essays since the age of seven. I remember my first award as a 'first runner-up' at an inter-school story writing competition. There has been no looking back since then. I was a champion in all speech competitions, extempore, debates and oratorical competitions and the stack of trophies for those competitions at my home makes me feel proud of my achievements. This hobby was however, pushed to the background after I joined the workplace but somewhere the burning desire to write was still live in me. I was thrilled when I got an offer to write for the newsletter of the bank. My articles were adjudged "Best Article" thrice and I also won other accolades like "Out of the Box thinker" and "Best training" award for my contributions in respective fields. I had to resign my job two years back due to personal issues and my writing skills also took some rest.
