  “After multiple attempts to communicate the project parameters, Mukesh (Dbug Lab) simply kept billing without any work being done. Eventually he started producing, but completely disregarded all of my requests about the project, and began billing even more hours without progress being made. Finally, after agreeing on a price for the third time, he was unwilling to change the project to a set fee. He will only work as long as he can bill automatically. It was hell. It has taken months, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it other than a loss of about $300.”
