PAMS Logo and Web Desgin Project. The theme for PACC VIII and PAMS XXXVII is: “The sum is greater than the parts – 21st century peace operations in a United Nations context.” The objective of this theme is to identify what the United Nations (UN) and the Land Forces are currently doing; the key issues and potential solutions; and how the UN and Land Forces can better cooperate, both bilaterally and collectively on future peace keeping operations. PACC Concept: PACC, a biennial multinational military conference, provides a forum for regional Chiefs of Army (COAs) to exchange views, establish and enhance interpersonal relationships, and foster security cooperation. The New Zealand Chief of Army, and the Chief of Staff, United States Army, serve as the co-hosts for PACC.
