Altaf did a reasonable job on this theme in the end. The problem really was in the time taken to deliver it. The project was quoted as 10 days but actually took over 2 months to complete, and we had an unhappy client to placate. There were periods of a week or more where we heard nothing despite repeated attempts to contact Altaf. He was actually ill for a week which is fair enough but it doesn't account for the rest of the time. All we ask is to be kept informed and if there's going to be a delay for some reason then let us know. It was a shame really because I liked Altaf and when he was on the ball he got things done. He just needed to communicate better and get the job done in the time agreed.
