They used Feel Digital to initially construct a Magento based eCommerce website that integrates the ordering process directly with their website to provide a turnkey solution that keeps operating costs to a minimum. Feel Digital also manages the day to day running of the site ensuring orders are fulfilled, customer services queries are answered, and stock levels are maintained using the built-in inventory on the Magento system. Custom Magento Connect extensions communicate directly with the warehouse in Dorset with no human intervention.
