Scheduling in OFDMA systems with outdated channel knowledge

Using outdated CQI (channel Quality Indicator) to calculate the probability distribution function (pdf) of the current CQI, and resource allocation is done based on this analysis at different mobile velocities.
The evaluation of the Block Error Rate (BLER) with a novel scheduling rule show improvement of the system performance without any fairness loss.
In this project we build a simulator based on MATLAB and C Codes merged together.
