They committed to a fast 7 days delivery, yet it took them 3 months to complete the work they committed to. Poor communication, I constantly had to refer them to our previous messages as to what was expected and agreed to vs. what they were doing. My client is disappointed and now I have to redo their work. Unfortunately I trusted them and gave them a chance without having any prior reviews. I paid them in full as agreed, but will not use them again.
