Be responsible for tech team manage, tech training, Solve tech problem, design project's archtecture and directly discuss tech with foreign customer. There is some project which need us convert old fashion website to self response style website. I found there is so many repeat work need my subordinates to do, I Designed a tool to automate analyze page and convert static element to self response element. After using this tool, release them from repeat work and focus on redesign element's location and other creative task.

This Compony is build Informationization solution for Design Institute in China. At first I joined the project team.My mainly duty in this team is writing code based on company's framework to satisfy customer's requirement. There's a project which our framework can't fit customer's requirement. So,I Took this project. After analyzed customer's requirement, I Designed a new framework and Finish coding with my colleagues.This solution earned customer' s praise. Then I switch to R&D Team.My mainly duty in this team is maintain and refactor core code in Company's framework. During this period time,I refactor the workflow engine in the framework based on Jquery+Ajax+Dojo+.net mvc+SOA.Compared with old workflow engine,the Performance Increased 1.5 times ,task design more reasonable.
