Iconnect (Oct 2018 – Present): SharePoint 2013/Online support and development of intranet portal. Continuous Improvement (July 2017 –Dec 2018): Continuous intranet portal was developed in 2010, Migration of the 2010 site to 2013 using DELL Quest Tool migrator. After migration, the Phase 2 development was done. The site facilities employees to raise requests that helps in the continuous improvement of the organization. Training Intranet Portal (Nov 2016 – July 2017): Training intranet portal was developed in SharePoint 2013 as an internal application as a platform to raise requests for Training. Based on training schedule the capacity tracker for trainer are estimated. Reports were built using high charts. Online Experience (Nov 2015 – Nov 2016): Online Experience team works on the requests submitted by customers for changes in sites or new projects or any other form of request. These work requests need to be stored in single master database and users should be presented with easy to work with web forms to submit their requests. Agency Compensation and Benefits (Mar 2015 – Sep 2015): Agency Compensation and Benefits provides program information and reports for the Field Representatives to use and discuss with their agencies. AMP Services Project (Nov 2014 – Feb 2015): AMP Services provide professional services to restaurants including accounting and payroll. Accounting data with restaurants begins with their Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems. Data flows out of a POS system and is processed by AMP and displayed as Reports and data to each restaurant in web. Amazon Kingpin Project (July 2014 – Oct 2014): A business operations tool designed to reduce the high-level project tracking and reporting efforts of managers and to increase the transparency of org metrics to senior leadership. My Roles and Responsibilities in above projects: Architecting the design of project, Development, Daily Scrum Call, Client interaction, Lead and Manage Team and Project. Presales activities, Analyzing Request for proposals and training employees.
