I had a complex MS Access project to develop a database that would allow me to manage real estate property, residents, and many other objects within the property management purview. From the beginning, Romeo was all hands on deck, very responsive, clear in his questions and actions, and kept be updated with daily reports. He was flexible and did a great job interpreting by vision. Romeo built the DB from the ground up and did so very thoughtfully.
