Held responsibility for leading and directing the organization's human resource planning in the capacity of recruitment, employment, benefits, compensation, classification, employee and labor relations, performance management, training/organizational development, human resource data and information management.
Areas of responsibility included benefits, compensation, learning and development, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, leadership development, procurement and property management.

Provides full Human Resources generalist support performing such duties as HR infrastructure ensuring compliance of personnel files, writing employee handbooks and job descriptions, administering benefits and workers' compensation programs, providing counsel and guidance to senior management teams. Combines extensive knowledge of tried and proven HR models with current organizational trends, and a deep understanding of systems operations, human behavior, and the design and development of effective programs and policies.
Currently a member of the Society for HR Management and holds the Masters degree in Workforce Education and Development and Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management.
