1. Overall planning and design of high-end architectural and interior design projects, both residential and commercial, in Caracas and the United States. 2. Developing, organizing and reviewing the different plans the project might require: architectural plans, furniture plans, electrical and lighting plans, landscape plans, millwork and other architectural and interior design details. 3. Prepared schedules and specifications for the different areas of the project: plumbing and fixtures, furniture, lighting, doors, windows and hardware, equipment, etc. I would coordinate and participate on the selection of each of these items. 4. Team working with professionals from other areas such as engineers, graphic and industrial designers, photographers, artist, etc. 5. Supervising and training architect and design interns. 6. Construction site visits to monitor progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with project plans and project deadlines. 7. Preparing presentations for senior architects and clients.
