This is then placed in our bidding template along with basic project estimates and questions for the client if any. Based on this, the final bid is placed for the project. That is the reason our response and conversion rates are close to 90% which is pretty high in comparison. Payment Term:We don't require any upfront payments.The full payment is divided into milestones as per the project size. Advance payment or escrow deposits are released on the completion of these milestones. Release of final escrow after completion of 100% coding + QA phase and site is approved on our server and ready to be shifted on the client server.
