Strata A.

Strata Alexopoulou graduated in 2012 from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Crete, having won two studies performance awards during the years of schooling. As a student she worked on architecture and cinema, in collaboration with architects and production companies. She attended seminars on architecture and cinema, and has presented at conferences projects concerning the management of open spaces. Since 2008 she participates in architectural competitions, national and international, exhibitions, and was a founding member of KINOX (Cinema Group Chania). Her research interests lie in the handling of the architectural shell surface, in the process of mass customization in housing design and architecture as presented through films.
