My name is Tim, I'm a Australian that has been fortunate to spend most of my career in management roles as well as work within various industries over the years. I believe it is this array of experiences which will make me suitable for freelancer. I am currently consulting in the short-term rental industry, and using my data, growth, and analytical skills to help grow business and consult on financial outcomes. In most of my roles to date, I have been tasked to launch new markets in Australia, often starting from 0 clients and 0 staff. In that time, I identify the most efficient ways to grow a business by analysing market data. This is then followed by hiring, training, and empowering new team members to embrace a workplace of critical, creative, and collaborative thinking to innovate as operations change.
