Working between three departments within a busy retailer, my role is set around meeting the customers’ high expectations as well as being very knowledgeable within the fields. Duties Include: Liaising with customers on a day to day basis, face to face and over the telephone; Outsourcing and research; Ensuring all problems are ironed out between departments; Organisation of showroom and promotional material; Reporting on departmental efficiencies; (Service and Parts Departments) Carrying out forecasting, regarding predicted future sales and purchases; Cashing up at the end of the parts day; Carrying out the required month end reporting for the parts department; Ensuring PDR, Exchange and Warranty returns are completed in a timely manner.
