This position reports to the CFO. I was responsible for monitoring sales figures and supporting the Sales & Marketing Department with a team, my job required; • Order Management ( Follow up the entire process from order entry to collecting money) • Return Management ( Good Set return management / Data Input / Approval (Sales related) • Sales Program Management (Deduction and Expenses management by Account) • Reporting & Analysing (Sales , GP , Top Management Reporting) • Setting Employee Sales Process in TK organization • Setting Return Process in TK Organization • Developing, implementing administrative policies, programs, and procedures, in alignment with corporate requirements • Creating programs and requirements based on the knowledge of the business and translate these requirements into operational programs that align with corporate direction. • Year-end planning process: including management of systems, data integrity and segment specific business needs • Monitoring budget conditions, cost and issuing consolidated profit breakdown by Channel / Product / Model for customer, • Implementing, directing, monitoring and controlling the commercial framework consistently • Developing and track benchmarking data & KPI' s, • Providing periodic business analysis, • Monitoring sales pricing and general cost estimating, • PSI (Purchase , Sales and Inventory) Management
