I'm in need of an architect who can conceptualize and draft an industrial-style design for my commercial lot, which measures 60x40m with the entry on the 40m side. The design should include the details of a floor plan and elevations.
- Purpose: The commercial lot needs to accommodate storage style units, six in total, each with a mezzanine level. Moreover, a centralised car park must be included in the design to service the units.
- Installations: Kitchen areas will be a necessary element within the units, and these should be incorporated into your design proposal.
In an ideal world, the architect will have prior evidence of success in designing storage units for commercial properties, particularly in an industrial aesthetic style. They'll understand how to optimise space for functionality while ensuring the design still reflects a contemporary industrial look. They'll need to deliver designs that align with regulatory approvals and consider sustainable design practices. Being versed in current building codes will be a definite advantage.
