As I am presently making some edits to my catalog, I am seeking expert assistance in performing a number of tasks: I need this done right now I will explain is a very simple change to complement right and left side of catalog.

- **Reformatting:** There are 23 pages in my catalog, the page descriptions of which need to be moved from one side to another. Ideally, each page's description should be situated at the top corner. The catalog file format is PDF.
- **Page Numbering:** I also require sequential page numbers to be added, specifically in the bottom right or left corner of each page. Your design input for this will be highly appreciated.

- **Image Enhancement:** To ensure proper printing quality, all the images in the catalog must be quality checked and enhanced to at least 300 dpi.

The freelancer should be proficient in graphic design, PDF editing and image editing. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat or equivalent PDF editing tools is crucial along with expertise in image editing software for enhancing the image resolution. The ideal candidate would be someone with previous experience in catalog design and printing industry standards. Please keep in mind that the success of this project requires attention to detail and a subtle touch, as we don't want the changes to distort the original layout and look of the catalog.
