We are looking for a professional to design a modern 1 bedroom home within these dimensions - 12m x 5m (a rectangle box).
Home will be transportable so no need to worry about restrictions on plumbing or foundations

Interior should have:
*1 bedroom to fit a king size bed,2 bedside tables and a TV on the wall. Access to deck outside
*Walk in wardrobe at least 1.5m x 3.5m

*Kitchen with room for a 800mm x 800mm fridge, 600x600mm oven and cooktop, 600x600mm dishwasher, microwave, pantry and plenty of cupboards

*Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin (no bath). Access from (or close to) bedroom and living room.

*Laundry area with 800mm x 800mm top loader washing machine, dryer above washing machine, and storage for vacum cleaner and ironing board

*Lounge with a 77inch wall hung tv, 2 large arm chairs and 3 seater sofa, coffee table

*Extras - Plenty of windows, storage and cupboards, maybe a door to go out the back

Exterior:
*Either mono pitch sloped roof or gable.
* Deck with steps on front and back (if back door included in design)
* verandah/ porch on front
* Modern cladding with character in corrugated metal and/or timber (no bricks or plaster)
