This project relates to scientific finding. We found - TAF5L and TAF6L as new epigenetic regulators for embryonic stem cells (ESCs) state. These two molecules predominantly activate MYC regulatory network for self-renewal of ESCs. In simple, we would like to show this through any analogy or cartoons- how TAF5L and TAF6L (they are very similar) regulate MYC gene regulatory network in ESCs.
