ASP Twitter Program Help Needed

We have built a twitter site that works similar to other networks like those listed here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We need to work a second set of changes for the new release and I need someone that is very good in ASP and database management and can also create user friendly admin User interfaces. Everything for the users is being designed by us, so I don't necessarily need a graphic artist....but someone that understoods good asthetics. I have attached a spec sheet that you can review that will give you detailed explanation of the changes along with a video walkthrough so you can easily see what we are currently working with. Someone with good sample ASP/PHP user interface work they can show me is also a plus. This can lead to many more projects as I have a whole different list of upgrade changes, but this is just the first phase. Additionally because working these type of projects can be frustrating when translating, users with english as a first language or VERY VERY fluent will also be looked at favorably.
