Configure response (Redirect URL and KEY value) to be sent as plain text (Perl Script)

Need to configure the response (Redirect URL and KEY value) to be sent as plain text back to referrer (example is provided below). The perl script is embedded on an asp page that recieves a request to create a key code and need to return it to the calling page. The only piece not working is the response in plain text.
