Detailed research proposal- PhD service management

A research assistant is required to progress and complete an already existing research proposal. About this project: We are conducting a research on the 'effect of servitisation on firm performance'(SMEs in Australia). Antecedents and consequences of servitisation is the main focus of the study. A few drafts will be provided to give the researcher the idea of what we are after. Approximately 80 quality written pages are expected which includes introduction, literature review, research questions and objectives, suggested theoretical framework derived from the factors identified from the literature, and research methodology, references, appendices (including the summary of at least 30 relevant studies in a table, related graphs or tables and additional information). The estimated time to complete this task is one month. Progress reports will be required as the researcher moves on. Who are we after: - preferably a PhD holder academic writer familiar with 'servitisation literature'. - fair academic background and publications in management field. - Candidate should have access to online research databases and libraries. - Candidate must able to go in-depth about servitisation literature, analyse the trend of the past 30 years articles and come up with genuine ideas. Although we shall share the directions, however the researcher must be able to work with least supervision. - Candidate is expected to demonstrate the maximum attention and availability to this project. - Having ideas or access to Australian SMEs' database will be highly appreciated.
