The research paper portion of the project will require you to submit a comprehensive information assurance/security policy to protect a fictional organization. Your policy will serve as the foundation to protect your organization's information and computer network. You are required to identify and include all essential sections and elements of a comprehensive information security policy. Your project should demonstrate specific knowledge of a broad based information security policy by incorporating an enforceable organizational policy which identifies all risks and vulnerabilities. The completed project should be designed to defend against all reasonably conceivable inside and outside threats to your fictional information and computer systems. Your fictional organization must have two or more locations in the United States, as well as one international location. Employees should exceed 100 workers of all types and roles. An outline and general direction has already been approved.
