Basic book-keeping, invoicing and payment due reminders

We are a small startup looking for help to ensure we stay on top of internal book-keeping. Every month we pay a handful of service providers and make purchases (generally online). We need help with: 1. Keeping track of invoices coming in and reminding us to pay them on time. 2. Keeping track of invoices that have been paid. 3. Keeping track of other expenses/purchases. 4. If expenses or invoices have been paid by individuals, keeping track of who is owed what. 5. Compiling 1. to 3. above into an easy to read invoice for us to pass on to our own funders. We have a template that you can work from. Additional roles arise, but this is a good start for now!
