I am an arbitrator, mediator and business consultant with over 25 years experience in consulting on and drafting documents for proper filing and compliance in establishing corporate entities and foundations. As a guess, I have established or assisted in establishing at least 20 foundations, I am located in Florida, however, I have the knowledge and ability to meet any state of Oregon and federal compliance issues. I would provide the necessary filing documents to establish the foundation entity, secure the Tax ID number, prepare the IRS tax exemption paperwork and file, and prepare corporate kit to include but not limited to corporate seal and bylaws. This project will require communication and receipt of information to fully complete and we can communicate via Freelancer messenger, private email or telephone. I put 15 days to complete the project, but that is an estimate; the time could be a bit longer depending on the ability to get information. At each step, I would provide you with a draft of the document being established for your review and discussion, if necessary. If selected, I require a milestone (retainer) of 25% of the bid or $166.75, with the balance due upon full establishment of the foundation.
