Dispatch Amazon webservice orders from MS Access

We have a Microsoft Access Database in which we store our Amazon store sales records.
When we mark an item as dispatched in our MS Access database (we populate a date field), we would like it to use the Amazon webservice and mark the item as dispatched in Amazon.
We would like to have a solution developed in MS Access in which we would have a text field and a submit button on a form. When we enter the sale id and click on the submit button, it would mark the item as dispatched in Amazon.
Once this solution is developed by you in ms access, we will get our team to incorporate this into our MS Access database.
