Need a small facebook app created and installed. It's a contest entry form - essentially a form that collects visitor details, which are stored/can be downloaded as csv/spreadsheet. Data fields to collect will be: 1. first name 2. last name 3. email address 4. phone number 5. province 6. a tick box indicating agreement with the terms and conditions 7. perhaps one or two other fields After form submission, a screen will display that presents the visitor with some further information and allows them to share or like the page
