Developing the server-side application will be simple enough. Sounds like you want a form to add members with photo, name, authorization with ability to edit/delete. Your project is tagged with "Android" but I assume you want an HTML5 app to place on a page so that it will work on all devices, is this correct? Hello, I am an android developer and I have the skills to develop your app and the client/server component. Since I am new to Freelancer, I do not have a history to show at the moment. However, I have created a sample app captured in a video which I can share which is based on QR code. I understand that you have the following requirement: 1. Have a RFID or QR Code scanning app. This app connects to a MySQL database on a server to determine if a member is allowed to access the club. I will be developing the database and a webservice to connect to database. The app will only read the data from MySQL. And show a coloured image depending on if the access is allowed or denied. I am not clear on which data will be synchronized with the server. Will the app not connect real-time with MySQL? Can you clarify? 2. We will also need a client/server app. This I believe will be to maintain the MySQL data. The client will be in HTML5/Javascript. You can expand the app to also include attendance. The mobile app can record the attendance as well. I am confident to completing the work in 20 days. If you can send me your contact details I can send you a small video of the sample I have created for your app. Currently the sample works for QR code but it will also be available for RFID.
