Create a small App based on ionic2 Framework for Betting

The application does not exists. We just draw some mockup for the application. For the Dashboard we have a template which is written php. Furthermore we descripted the functionality for the app and dashboard. There is no similar application which we can reference to. Therefore we need to implement it from scratch. There are three parts to implement. The first one is the server using CodeIgnator/MySQL which handles request from the smartphone app, e.g. to show bet list, to store bits, etc. The second part is the smartphone app written in ionic2. It is used from the user to see bets and handle bits. A user sees all bets and can bit to any bet. It also shows if he has won the bet. The last one is the dashboard. This is the admin UI to create and modify topics and bets and to handle the betting, e.g. who won the bet and how much won he/she. Only administrators are allowed to enter to the dashboard. Due to sensitive data (bits, entering bank accounts, money transfer, etc.) all connections and communication should be ssl encripted. We do not have a ssl certificat jet. But it will be ordered if the project is done.
