CrazyTalk talking character

I have about 2 minutes of a talking character (still photo animated with CrazyTalk) that needs more customization (facial mannerisms, gestures, expressions, etc) to make it less boring. This is really only a talking head, so no arms/legs need animating. Using CrazyTalk is not essential, but I suspect it would be the easiest way to complete this project within my budget. Of course, I would entertain other suggestions. If this project is successful, more work could result. CrazyTalk work samples (or other talking animation samples) would obviously help me identify the right person.
