Awards Submission Writing x 2

I need someone with a good command of the English language to write 2 awards submissions for me. I have a bit of a base written but am struggling to get it to the required length. There are 2 submissions needed, each requiring about 1600 words written between 4-5 questions. Time is of the essence and I will need these turned around within 24 hours max.
