I am a project manager of a website redesign looking to contract a copywriter for one week (full time) to audit, simplify and/or create new copy that represents our client's brand in a clear and cohesive way. We already have 2 developers, 2 designers, an information architect/SEO manager and a content manager but we also need a copywriter who can work with me (website manager) and the content manager to create flawless and simple copy. Copy includes but not limited to messaging, tone, names/labels, sections headings, etc. You should be able to quickly audit our current website content, organize and simplify as much as possible keeping the messaging of the company clear and organized so that it is easily accessible to our website users. We have already chunked the sections of the content that we need into small pieces so it makes it easier to deliver the copy based on priority and for a specific page. We also have a SEO manager, a content manger (mostly for images and someone who can provide raw text) who will be working with you. This is a full time work and we need someone who can ideally start today for 7 days. The drop-dead due date for all the content is October 30.
