I have set up a similar configuration to what you are requiring for clients and for my own business. I can help you select the platform (I have one in mind), configure the system to your specifications, connect your trunks (Google or the like), and connect the type of phone/adapter that you need. I am a native English speaker (American) and I have extensive experience with Asterisk, GUI's, Linux and VM ware. Just an FYI, the only think I need to research is on the outbound calling, how to dial the extension once the call is picked up. If you are talking about internal calling then no problem.
