Completed Sales Promo 2d Animated Video Needs Sound Added

Hello, My animator has come into some personal situations where he's unable to complete the project. The video is 3:40 seconds. There is one missing clip and the audio is off track. So i need you to have some 2d animation skills to fix the work and put it back on track.... You'll have to make 1 or 2 clips slightly longer and trip time off the last part. You'll see when you play the audio to the video. Also adding music to this video is needed as i only have the voice over. The video is in .mpg format and i have the voice over files in .mp3
