Audio editing project, with a view to finding an effective Virtual Assistant.

This is a 'test' project I am putting up as I am looking for long-term audio editors, who also have skills as a virtual assistant. I am hoping to hire 3 people based on this project, as I have three audio files which need to be edited. The lengths of the files are: a) 1 hour b) 1.5 hours c) 2 hours When you are bidding, please state which file you are bidding for. Please note: I will NOT hire one person to edit more than one file. Deliverables: 1) You will deliver a text document, detailing the process you go through to edit the audio, step-by-step. 2) You will deliver an audio file which has the following characteristics: a) The audio is free from '*um*'s, '*er*'s, '*you know*'s, '*so*'s, '*like*'s, and other unnecessary noises / words, b) The audio is free from repetitions and other general hesitations, c) The speech is smooth and conversational, d) The speech is not jilted or jerky, and does not sound unnatural, e) The audio is free from clicks and other similar noises, f) You will normalize the audio, so it sounds smooth and 'background'/'microphone' noises are not audible, g) This file was recorded from a live webinar, so you should remove any references to the fact that its live, and remove references to future webinars h) The audio file should be to the same (or higher) standard of the example clip provided. I am willing to pay up to $5 per 30 minutes of audio, but will obviously accept offers. Before bidding on this project, please listen to the 'Before' and 'After' sample files I've uploaded, as this is the MINIMUM standard I will expect to be delivered. Your completed project will be judged against these clips. The job will not be considered complete until I am happy with the file you submit, and it completely and accurately meets all the above criteria.
