Hello Sir, my anme is Ioannis and I am a civil engineer from Greece, recently graduated my MSc studies. I have 10 years experience in Autocad and I reviewed our file. It is a standard elevation and if awarded I can deliver in a professional way ( layers, texts, etc) of course in 2010 dwg format. A common problem with elevations is that they appear thing with no dimensions ( stairs , windows, etc) so my methodology ( work for me in University) is to scale the pdf into Autocad ( there is a scale image down right) in a transparent layer in order to create upon it the desired dwg file. When finished simple delete or make the pdf invisible. For any other questions please do not hesitate to ask me, I speak English fluently as you can see.
