Capital Improvements Project/Resident Engineer, Responsible for the construction projects for Engineering Division. Responsibilities also include estimating costs, personnel, and material needs, also preparing proposals, risk assessments, and establishing completion dates. I have Estimated and prepared budgets for construction project, reviewed engineer’s design plans, drawings, and other related documents to identify potential dilemmas, resolve issues with site construction, procurement, and engineering, and reviewed and approved all construction RFI, field directives, change orders, and payments. Creating and implementing a directory/file system for the Capital Projects Program and GIS information.
