Hi pdf to dwg or dxf is not the problem. and esm file will not work to find any measurement. I have other equerry. The dxf file which I will make from the pdf is enough to serve you purpose? If not then can you send me the stp file or igs ? Other point, How many file you like to convert? If this is huge then the rate is ok. Otherwise the rate should me below.
