Design of two logos

After payment through GAF, I am looking for a freelance graphic designer. This project invovles the design of 2 logos. This is a very small project and should only take a day or two hours, the project budget is $20 to $50. I will retain all ownership rights to logo after payment. No waters are acceptible in the final product. Company Logo (Only the winner I pick, will come up with 4 to 6 mockups, draft samples. I will pick one logo and they you may have to make a reasonable of changes to the final logo selection. This logo will need a "professional", "stylish" "modern feel" "corporate look" and feel.... get the picture!!!! Full color logo suitable for a web site, powerpoint, auction ad, business cards/letter head or a print ad etc 2 different banners using the new Logo suitable for web sites. (No animation) A second logo design. Initially you will come up with 3 to 5 draft designs and I will pick one and they you may have to make some changes to it. 1 logo would be suiteable for a web site, letterhead, and print ads etc. I will need this logo in a 2nd size requirements are as follows: logo image must be no larger than 480 pixels wide by 45 pixels high with a maximum file size of 20K.
